Full-Time Air Source Heat Pump Installer

Full time Field based Hertfordshire & South East

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Installer to join our growing renewable-heating team.

The role involves installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining domestic Air Source Heat Pump systems. You will work from approved designs, follow manufacturer instructions and deliver a high standard of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install air-to-water heat pump systems.
  • Fit cylinders, controls, pipework and associated equipment.
  • Complete radiator and heating-system upgrades where required.
  • Commission systems and record installation information.
  • Carry out servicing, diagnostics and fault finding.
  • Explain system operation and controls to customers.
  • Work safely and keep properties clean and protected.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, electricians and office teams.

Air Conditioning Engineer

Full time Installation & servicing Hertfordshire & South East

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to install, service and maintain domestic and light-commercial systems.

The successful candidate will work across single-split and multi-split installations. The role also includes planned servicing, diagnostics and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install wall-mounted and multi-split systems.
  • Complete refrigerant pipework, drainage and containment.
  • Pressure test, evacuate and commission installations.
  • Carry out planned servicing and maintenance.
  • Diagnose electrical, control and refrigeration faults.
  • Complete job sheets and service records accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
  • Provide clear handover advice to customers.

Solar PV Installer

Full time Solar PV & battery storage Hertfordshire & South East

About the Role

We are seeking a capable Solar PV Installer to support the delivery of residential and commercial Solar PV and battery-storage projects.

The role involves roof preparation, mounting systems, panel installation, cable management and close coordination with qualified electricians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install Solar PV mounting systems and panels.
  • Work safely on pitched and flat roofs.
  • Follow approved designs and installation plans.
  • Complete neat DC cable routes and containment.
  • Assist with battery-storage installations.
  • Inspect materials and report design or access issues.
  • Maintain high standards of roof protection and weatherproofing.
  • Complete photographs, records and installation documentation.
