At NCS Property Maintenance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please read this Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a return label to use, or you can choose to post the item(s) back to us yourself. Please securely package the item(s) to protect them during transit, as we reserve the right to refuse any items that are damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
Please note, return postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is defective, damaged, or faulty. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will process a refund for the full amount upon confirmation of the issue when receiving your return, excluding the initial postage costs paid when you first purchased the item. If the item is found not to be faulty, the return postage costs will be deducted from the refund as standard.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. However, if there are any delays or issues with the refund, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve them as soon as possible.
If you would like to exchange your item for another product, please keep in mind that the quickest way to obtain the preferred item is to return the original item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you choose to post the item(s) back to us yourself, please return them to the following address at your own risk. We recommend that you return your items either by courier or by tracked post.
