Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: Our referral scheme is available to all UK residents who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary, and there are no limitations on the number of referrals that can be made.
  • Referral Process: You can make a referral by completing our web form, calling our office at 01992 504655, or sending an email to Referral details must include the referred person’s name, phone number, and email address.
  • GDPR/Consent: If you submit someone else’s details for referral, you must obtain their consent in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you provide us with their details, you represent that you have the authority to do so, and are acting in compliance with data protection legislation and the NCS Privacy Policy. The referrer may be named in communications between NCS and the person who has been referred. 
  • Incentives: If a referral is successful and meets the conditions of our terms, the referrer will receive a payment of £100 via bank transfer within 7 working days of the referred person’s purchase. However, if the referred person is already a customer or on our database, we cannot offer a renewal incentive payment.
    • Minimum Purchase: To qualify for the incentive payment, the person you refer to us must purchase a service valued at £2,000 or more, such as a boiler installation, solar PV installation, or external wall insulation installation. 
    • Timeframe: The person you refer must contact us within 3 months of the referral for the renewal incentive payment to be processed.
  • Incentive Information: For every successful referral made, in line with our incentive validity terms, a payment of £100 is sent via bank transfer to the referrer within 7 working days upon successful completion of the referred person’s purchase.
    • If the referred person is already a customer or on our database, we unfortunately cannot provide a renewal incentive payment.
    •  The person you have referred must become NCS customers within 3 months for your renewal incentive payment to be processed. Referrals who do not become customers within this time frame will not be eligible for the referrer to receive an incentive payment. 
    • The person you have referred must purchase a service over £2,000, which includes services such as a boiler installation, solar PV installation, and external wall insulation. 
    • If a person is referred to us by multiple referrers, only the referrer who submitted a referral first will be eligible for the referral incentive payment.
    • Referrals will be deemed ineligible if an existing client refers their own company or franchise.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
  • Disputes: In the event of any disputes regarding any referred individual or organisation, our decision is final. Renewal incentive payments are made at our discretion.
